My client a well know retail and e-comms provider are looking to hire a Recruitment Coordinator on a permanent basis. Located in the heart of the West London you will be supporting 2 TA Partner to ensure an efficient recruitment service.
Duties will include:
- Ensuring a great candidate journey- arranging interviews, managing comms and providing clear updates to all applicants
- Providing suitable shortlist for the team
- Tracking and monitor interview outcomes ensuring candidates receive constructive feedback
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Shortlisting and screening applicants
- Booking in and coordinating high volumes of interviews
- Supporting when required with telephone interviews
To carry out this role you must have some recruitment experience and have a passion for the retail sector. You must be detail orientated and have experience using job boards and LinkedIn to source for candidates. Perks include a significant retail discount and a competitive pension plan.
