A global and well-established law firm is looking for a talented Recruitment Assistant to join their progressive HR team in London. This exciting role is varied in nature, allowing you the opportunity to support both the recruitment and generalist teams as well as to build strong relationships with their London-based clients. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a junior in-house recruiter looking to progress their career, or a legal agency recruiter looking to break into the in-house market.
In this role, your main focus will be the end to end recruitment process for the business services area of the firm. You will also be a trusted advisor for the hiring managers, advising them on best practice and attending interviews with them on a daily basis. Additionally, the role allows you the opportunity to gain exposure to graduate recruitment, through assisting the recruitment team throughout the process. On a more administrative level, you will be responsible for the onboarding of the new business services and secretarial starters. Finally, in this role, you will play a notable part in the firm's global Corporate Social Responsibility programme.
As the ideal candidate, you would be an in-house recruiter with experience within professional services, or a legal agency recruiter looking to break into the in-house space. Furthermore, you would have experience conducting competency-based interviews and be highly computer literate with strong time management skills. Being qualified to a degree level (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
This role is paying up to £30,000 and comes with a competitive benefits package.
