Working as part of a the wider HR team, the successful candidate will be working to bring agency spend down by using a multitude of channels to directly source candidates for all business lines. This is a terrific opportunity to get involved in the end to end recruitment process with a very well respected and recognised Insurance brand.
Day to day duties:
- Taking briefs from line management
- Interviewing candidates at all levels
- Champion direct recruitment via numerous channels
- Act as the main point of contact for recruitment agencies
- Work with the marketing team to
- At least 2 years' experience
- Demonstrable ability to source candidates via numerous channels
- Experience recruiting into the Financial Services sector
- Previous experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
The role will be paying up to £40k and is city based.
