A global and highly influential management consultancy is hiring a Recruitment Administrator to join their London-based team. This newly created role is an incredible opportunity for a recent graduate wanting their first role within the recruitment space or for a junior agency recruiter looking to go in-house. This position is very hands on and primarily involves directly supporting the Senior Recruitment Advisor with the company's end-to-end recruitment process.
In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for all recruitment administration (i.e., preparing job descriptions, advertising roles, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, collating and providing feedback, etc.) You will also be responsible for updating the recruitment tracking system and proactively updating candidates on the process. The role will give you exposure to both graduate recruitment as well as more senior level recruitment. Additionally, you will be interacting with a variety of stakeholders within the business. As the ideal candidate, you will be a recent graduate or a junior agency recruiter. Ideally, you will have 6 months of office experience (either completed during your degree or after). You have a positive and proactive attitude as well as being able to work independently and take your own initiative.
