Recruiting Lead, Software Development
~100-130k base salary, plus bonus
Our client is a high growth proprietary trading firm seeking to expand it's Human Capital team with the addition of a Recruiting Lead who will support hiring for their Software Development side of the business. This role will have a strong Campus focus, but will enjoy the diversity of supporting lateral recruiting and an array of broader HR project work, as part a small, all hands on deck team. It is a role positioned for growth with the ambition of developing this person into a well-rounded HR professional and the possibility of team management.
The firm is seeking a strong foundation ideally out of premier financial services environments, allowing this hire to bring experience with structure and process to bear. While some campus recruiting experience in related business areas is strongly preferred, breadth of experience across recruiting or other HR areas (lateral recruiting, search, generalist work, etc.) is also highly valued. The firm hires talent from top universities globally and their appetite for excellence extends to their Human Capital function; you will bring a strong and well-rounded academic and professional background and a demonstrated record of high performance allowing you to transition smoothly into this diversified role. The firm is also seeking someone with the bigger picture, creative mindset to help drive their efforts to the next level, while comfortable executing the day to day responsibilities.
