My client a fintech provider are looking to hire a Recruiter on a 6-month fixed term contract. The business has gone through a period of change and they are looking to hire their first Recruiter into the business. In this role you will managing a small pool of jobs at a mid to senior level.
Duties will include:
- Management of the end-to-end candidate process for a wide variety of recruitment processes and projects
- Managing briefing meetings with hiring managers
- Creating compelling adverts for external hiring/posting
- Creating internal adverts and managing internal applications
- Reviewing candidate applications
- Headhunting and direct sourcing candidates
- Managing the interview process
- Managing the offer and onboarding process
To carry out this role you must be immediately available and have experience working on the in-house or agency side. You must be comfortable working in a standalone capacity and be used to working autonomously
