I'm delighted to be working on a new permanent Recruiter role with a world leading software company based in North London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an in-house recruiter to join a growing global business where you'll have the opportunity to recruit internationally. In this role you will look after their full cycle recruitment across EMEA (up to 30 roles at a time). A high proportion of these roles are technical (e.g. software engineers) but you will also support on wider head office roles including sales, legal and finance.
In this role you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish including taking briefings with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, arranging interviews and managing offers. The business want to provide an fantastic candidate experience so you'll need to have excellent interpersonal skills!
In this role you'll be working very closely with the HR team in a lateral recruitment team of 2, alongside a wider Graduate Recruitment team.
The business is open in terms of sector background but technology experience would definitely be useful. They would consider candidates transitioning from agency recruitment.

Location: North London - rail links from Central London and parking onsite.
Salary: £45-50,000 + Benefits
