Our client, an international company from the service industry is looking for a Recruiter in 100% remote to expand the recruiting team in Germany.
- Defining the job description with the Hiring Manager
- Reviewing applicants who have applied through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Evaluate applicant qualifications against job requirements and determine who should be followed up in the recruitment process
- Develop and manage sourcing plans to identify the most appropriate candidate sources to meet search requirements
- Sourcing candidates through CV databases, search engines and networking sites using Boolean search language
- Use an appropriate mix of media to connect with talent communities (phone, email, social media, etc.)
- Keep candidates engaged throughout process, ensuring consistent communication on the status of the search
- Strong knowledge of the German market and strong understanding of recruiting trends
- Minimum of two or more years' recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting
- Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools
- Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing and in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition
- Fluent in German and English required
