Our client, a top global consulting firm known for its exceptional people and progressive corporate culture, is seeking an HR Program Manager. This key role will support the North America & Asia Pac CHRO in delivering against the HR vision, goals, and strategy while ensuring critical workstreams are on track and all team members are delivering.
The ideal hire will have experience supporting Tech / Engineering groups as relates to talent and attraction programs, employee engagement, budgeting, onboarding, training, performance management and more. A data focus and ability to measure progress and drive business cases for additional programs will be crucial. You'll serve as a key partner in planning the strategic initiatives needed to ensure the sustained strength of the culture of the organization across the globe, and support and drive internal communications on behalf of leadership. Advanced Excel and PPT are a must.
A skilled cross-functional collaborator, you'll have influenced at the executive level and driven results across diverse stakeholder communities. This role is NYC Based but can be fully remote with frequent NYC travel (at least 2-3 times per month) but location in EST time zone will be needed to address the org's global meeting schedule.
