Our client, a growing technology firm supporting the sports industry is seeking an entrepreneurial People Operations Manager to support their US national population of around 150 employees. In this role, you will lead the company's employee experience initiatives and programs with the goal of becoming a truly integrated employer of choice. The company has made 4 acquisitions in the past year and a half and was recently listed on the NYSE so really looking to upskill and streamline their HR offerings. This ideal candidate will have 6-8+ years of experience in a highly dynamic, growing, changing organization where the focus has been on the HR operations & projects side across benefits, payroll, HRIS, employee engagement surveys, onboarding, transformation of systems, PEO management and beyond. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy reporting in to the Head of People Operations who sits abroad; will be the stand alone subject matter expert for the US market.
