They are looking for a Payroll Manager to join their regional APAC HR team and be responsible for delivering end-to-end payroll processes across Southeast Asia. This will include ensuring payroll data is correct, managing the payroll vendors, and supporting the Workforce Administration for APAC region. You will work in collaboration with the HRBPs on salary surveys and benchmarking exercises helping to conduct analysis of impact on the business and their position versus the market and key competitors. You will also support where necessary the international mobility and all related activity.
You will be experienced in HR operational practices with a core focus in payroll management. Strong working knowledge of current labour rules and regulations as well as the payroll function is critical to this role. You will be experience in handling confidential information, strong analytics skilkls to interpret and communicate data as well as have excellent attention to detail whilst managing multiple projects. You will also need to be comfortable working with HRIS and MS office.
