We are extremely excited to be partnering with a leading investments firm on a Payroll & Benefits position within their Singapore office. A leading sovereign wealth fund, they currently consist of close to 2000 employees globally with the Singapore office acting as the Group HQ.
Falling into the operations team, you will be responsible for administering the payroll for both the Singapore and Asia offices and handle all matters / enquiries related to payroll and benefit related issues. You will collaborate frequently with important stakeholders and HR business partners to establish positive relationships and find solutions to drive new process improvements and initiatives. As part of your role you will also participate in exciting HR projects and activities to drive consistent business strategy and operational excellence within the firm.
Essential: You should be experienced within Payroll and Benefits in another sizeable Financial and / or Professional Services institution with a demonstrated ability to work with integrity and professionalism within a sophisticated and fast-paced environment. You should possess excellent attention to detail and be well-equipped with problem solving skills and strong initiative, whilst being able to thrive in a customer-centric environment and consistently be able to produce quality results.
