Partner Benefits Manager
Up to 190k base salary, plus bonus
Our client is a premier global law firm who is expanding and evolving the strategic focus of their internal team that delivers HR services to their current and alumni Partner population. As part of this effort, they are seeking a Benefits Manager who will operate in a global capacity to manage and refine their benefits offerings for their Partnership and will involve in-depth communications with the Partner group, working and negotiating with vendors and liaising heavily with the firm's internal Benefits team who supports the broader organization.
The role mandates deep benefits expertise, particularly in Health & Wellness, and experience specifically in a Partnership environment, whether Legal or broader professional services. You will have strong vendor management experience and exposure to international benefits.
This is an exciting opportunity for an established Benefits leader to join a growing, specialized team and impact process development and the build-out of the overall function.
