Are you interested in working for a fast-growing VC backed Fintech business? Are you an Organisational Effectiveness Specialist looking to work in a high-calibre, fast-paced environment? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Fintech business that is looking to hire a Organisational Effectiveness Specialist to join their expanding team.

Reporting into the Director of OE (Organisational Effectiveness), this role will work with the business to ensure the organisation delivers the strategy and outcomes of the business effectively and efficiently.

In this role you will work with the OE team on company wide projects. You will be accountable for problem definition and change analysis as well as working on company wide operating model work including:

- Enabling effective organisational analysis by analysing the strategy for different areas

- Evaluate, and where appropriate change, the underlying processes, organisational principles, org structure and roles and responsibilities to ensure they are effective in delivering the strategy and outcomes of the business area.

- Facilitate decision making by understanding how information flows through the organisation effectively

You will also create and maintain organisational effectiveness toolkits, engage and upskill the HR team and support the annual, quarterly and monthly organisational health-check processes including spans and layers/right grade pyramid/high low cost ratios.

To be successful in this role you will have organisational effectiveness and design experience and will ideally come from a consultancy background or have relevant in-house experience. You will be highly analytical, have experience working in a large global matrix organisation and have experience in transformation/change/project management roles.
