We are partnering with a high growth professional services firm in their search for a Talent Acquisition Manager who will operate in a multi-faced role as a strategic advisor to the business, people manager (1 direct report) and recruiter leading end-to-end searches across a variety of functions. There will also be opportunity to lead HR technology implementation efforts and to re-imagine and establish recruiting processes.
This is a change-oriented environment on the cusp of very significant growth, offering this role the opportunity to have meaningful impact. It will report directly to the CHRO and can be based in either Morristown, NJ or Downtown NYC. There will be a hybrid model, with 3 days in office, and the need for this role to spend time in each of these office locations.
