As well as corporate offices there is also a world class leadership development centre, which has been built and designed for high potential employees to undertake talent programs.
Your role will be to design and develop the Management Development Courses for talent programs. Based in the Riyadh Head Office, you will shape these programs and embed them into the annual employee talent cycle.
You will mainly contribute to development of workshops, curriculum design, writing programs as well as developing assessment tools and different measurement methods.
In order to be considered for this opportunity you will have extensive experience in designing management development programs for large complex organisations.
You must have strong examples of where you have designed training programs based on behavioural competencies.
This role will be Riyadh based on a full time basis, so only suitable to those who are open to relocating or are currently based in KSA.
