Learning and Resourcing Assistant - London
Are you looking to expand your HR experience in a reputable Financial Services firm with global reach?
We have an exciting opportunity for a competent HR administrator to perform a broad role covering elements of Learning and Development, Recruitment and HR. You will be working closely with the wider HR team as well as members of the learning and development team.
As part of the wider HR team you will need to have excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to work in a busy and changing environment with accuracy and efficiency.
Day to day duties will include:
- Supporting the L&D team with scheduling and organisation
- Liaising with external training providers
- Run induction sessions for new joiners
- Coordinating interviews and liaising with candidates
- Upload and maintain vacancy adverts on job boards
