My client is a UK Research and Trading firm who specialise in the capital markets and advisory space. They are seeking a self-sufficient and driven Learning & Development Partner to join the business.
This position will have a particular focus on the delivery and management of the full 360 Learning curriculum across the business. The successful Learning & Development Partner will handle both the technical and soft skills offering, working alongside the specialist external vendors to deliver certain programs as well as delivering some of the work themselves.
In order to succeed you will need to have an ability to work closely with the business, convert Learning & Development programs and initiatives into commercial offerings and advise senior and intellectual leadership. There is a budget for the business to thrive and L&D is essential, so this function has the ability to partner with external specialists and manage those programs.
