My client a Retail brand are looking to hire a Learning and Development Business Partner on a permanent basis.
You will be working across the full life cycle of learning including analysis, introduction, design, delivery and evaluation. To identify and deliver inspiring and value adding L&D and D&I solutions creating a strong culture of learning and inclusion.
Duties will include
  • Support with identifying training needs across the Head Office team on an organisational, department and individual level
  • Produce blended L&D initiatives to implement business wide
  • Design engaging workshops and e-learning content
  • Facilitate workshops for manager and non-manager populations
  • Evaluate and report on impact of training programmes
  • Develop managers to be able to support learning in their teams
  • Provide coaching support for individuals in line with their personal development plan
  • Work with leaders and HR to design and deliver team day solutions and follow up meetings on strategic deliverables
  • Work closely with the L&D Manager to drive the D&I strategy and deliver tangible solutions and interventions
  • Work with the Internal Communications Manager to create and deliver a communication plan that helps to promote, engage and embed diversity and inclusion initiatives .
  • Deliver D&I training across the business and contribute to the design of additional modules year on year
To carry out this role you must have strong L&D Skills and feel comfortable designing and delivering training. You will be a strong communicator with an engaging facilitation style. This role offers hybrid working but you must be willing to commute to the office 3 days a week.
