I am excited to be partnering exclusively with a leading brand from the energy sector to find an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
This role will be predominately remote working however the occasional travel around the UK will be required to delivery training and host workshops. You will be responsible for both the design and the delivery of people development content and will working with the wider learning team to delivery fit for purpose programs.
Key deliverables will include developing new soft skill content across multiple platforms and conducting training needs assessments across multiple discipline areas. You will also be responsible for forecasting training and development requirements and opportunities across the client group. Reporting will also be key with reports on training activities and analysis in order to measure learning effectiveness.
As the successful candidate you will have experience leading training teams to implement technical training and learning programmes, be familiar with different technologies to deliver training, including virtual delivery technologies and have experience working in fast paced environments where prioritisation is required.
You will also have people leadership experience with a solid understanding of how to inspire and motive people to perform at a high level.
