My client are looking for an L&D Manager to play an integral role through training and development to demonstrate the important of talent to business success and sustainability.
You will lead on the identification of training needs and how best to address them which will give you the opportunity to make a real impact in the business. You will monitor the success of training and development interventions which will allow you to demonstrate your skills and expertise whilst helping to contribute to overall business priorities. You will also be responsible for implementing and driving a continuous performance management process and so previous examples of achieving this is crucial.
Your extensive and broad background across Learning, Development and Talent within a Financial Services environment and your experience of working within a hands-on learning environment will allow you to easily transition into this L&D Manager role. You will bring with you knowledge of graduate development, vendor management, budgets, leadership and exec coaching as well an understanding of e-learning. Knowledge of Training & Competence schemes would also be desirable but not essential.
