Based in the City this growing professional services firm is looking for a Learning & Development Manager to join its team. As the firm goes through a period of growth and expansion the overall HR function is growing. Part of this growth has led the firm to look for a new L&D Manager, in a newly created role, reporting into the Head of Learning & Development.
This opportunity will see the successful candidate leading a small team of L&D professionals, designing and delivering a 1st class offering into its fee earner functions. Partnering with the wider HR team you will be involved in the development as well of the early careers population, giving them the tools to flourish in the firm and build an enriched path to their future within the firm.
Offering a full learning and development service you will be responsible for personal development plans, devising a training needs analysis, designing and delivering training as well as using third party providers. People management also forms a part of this role as you will be responsible for developing an Advisor and take an active part in their growth within their role.
The firm is looking to meet with solid L&D professionals who are already working at Manager level who have a real passion for learning. Ideal candidates will come from a professional services background with previous people management experience. You will possess strong presentation and facilitation skills with strong senior stakeholder management experience.
