A fantastic opportunity is available with a leading non-profit organisation for a Senior People Partner to join the London based team and be part of an exciting transformational period. The role will have autonomy over a key client group and work as part of a wider business partnering function with extensive senior leadership exposure.
The Senior People Partner will be responsible for a full generalist remit including leading on resource planning activities and recruitment strategy alongside the TA team, working with managers and leadership on talent development and performance management, driving employee engagement and wellness initiatives, coaching leaders to drive values and behaviours, develop organisational capability and effectiveness and lead on OD projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced business partner to join a mission driven organisation where they can work closely with senior stakeholders, play a key strategic role and add significant value. Experience in a non-profit, heritage, leisure or hospitality organisation would be advantageous but not essential.
