With a primary campus focus, they are looking to add a Talent Acquisition Lead to cover the tech area of the business. This person will operate as the primary relationship manager for campus hiring and will be responsible for setting and overseeing campus strategy, maintaining campus hiring data, and managing the full life cycle of intern hiring. In addition, they will support broader human capital initiatives for the firm. You will also have the unparalleled opportunity to learn and grow directly from the Head of Human Capital.
Strong communication skills, a willingness to jump in, and the ability to operate comfortably in ambiguity is essential for success in this role. An ideal candidate will have 5 years of recruiting experience, specifically in tech campus recruiting within a tech or financial services firm.
