A career enhancing opportunity has arisen with our client, an international Law Firm, set in fantastic offices in the heart of the City. They are seeking an International Mobility Manager who will play an integral part in the organisation. The company has recently undergone growth and transformation which means there is scope to introduce creative and innovative ideas to drive the Mobility function forwards and develop a centre of excellence for International Mobility for the firm.
You will become a subject matter expert for the business, and as a result of this, you will need to be a confident communicator to stakeholders at all levels. You will develop and maintain relationships with existing third party providers, as well as reviewing and approving contracts with local vendors. Alongside these responsibilities, you will also manage the BAU of the end-to-end assignee lifecycle, supporting the assignees throughout the entire relocation process. You will not need to be tax qualified for this role, but having an understanding of this is necessary as you will be required to provide cost projections and estimations to the business and communicate effectively with the third party provider. You will also keep abreast of industry changes to GM policy and ensure a consistent ongoing review of the firms existing GM policies and procedures.
You will have prior expertise in mobility and ideally immigration across at least EMEA and any APAC experience would be desirable. This role would suit an individual who is a confident communicator, detail oriented and proactive with experience managing at least one direct report.
