Frazer Jones are partnering with a global professional services firm looking for an International HR Business Partner. This is a 12 month maternity cover starting in September 2020.
Based in London you will work alongside the specialist functions, as well as with colleagues in international offices, to deliver a business partnering service to the firm's European and Latin American offices.
You will provide specialist support on international assignments and internal UK immigration processes. The purpose of the International HR Business Partner role is to work with and influence key stakeholders and partners to advance business performance by identifying areas for improvement and facilitating commercially focussed change initiatives. This International HR Business Partner role will take responsibility for HR operations as well as coordinating various firm wide projects and initiatives across the global regions.
Alongside the standard BAU generalist remit you'll drive projects and initiatives covering Immigration, Visa's, Diversity, Global Mobility and Engagement.
Ideally, you will have previously worked in a global professional services environment working across multiple territories. A second language would be highly desirable but not a prerequisite.
In addition, my client is looking for someone accustomed to working with remote / satellite offices.
