A world famous design, engineering and consulting business, is now recruiting for a Reward Manager to join them on a long-term (12 month) interim contract. Whilst their London HQ could pass for a luxury hotel, the firm remains very much an embracer of agile working which will continue post Covid. This role will be responsible for delivering their EMEA Reward operational plan, contributing to development of their regional reward strategy and managing ad-hoc reward projects that are aligned to the firm's business objectives and people plan. This multi-faceted role will see you supporting the Head of Reward and senior stakeholders with both operational and strategic reward initiatives, delivering the annual salary review for EMEA, manage and implement the Gender Pay Gap Reporting and ensure the firm retains its competitive position through the development of the total reward strategy, benchmarking, research and networking. As a result the firm is looking to meet experienced Reward Managers (who have delivered at least two comp rounds) who have proven experience in operational reward delivery (pay reporting, salary benchmarking) within a matrix organisation, ideally professional services or a similar industry.
