A long-term interim contract is now available for an experienced Reward Manager to join an Asset Manager at an exciting time in their business. Reporting into the HR D, this 10 month contract will be responsible for all Reward activities for the UK operations, including developing the compensation and benefits framework, ensuring the business remains competitive in this critical talent space and evolve, refine and harmonise complex pay and bonus processes in different countries. The business is looking to meet immediately available candidates who have experience of regulations as it applies to financial services, including Code Staff Identification, managing Deferred Compensation Scheme, support/management of preparation RemCo papers and preparation of Remuneration Disclosures for Pillar III and for other regulatory purposes. As a result the business is looking to meet candidates who are comfortable working in a standalone Reward Manager function, utilising prior experience within financial services to ensure this function operates at the highest level.
