We are delighted to work with an International law firm to recruit a Reward Manager, on a 3 Month Contract Basis in Manchester.
- You will be receive a handover from the departing Reward Manager and support the business whilst they recruit for a permanent Manager - if you are available immediately and would be interested in a permanent role then this is also a consideration whilst in post.
- You will need to hit the ground running in a busy reward team, predominantly managing their year end bonus payout. You will be heavily involved in any reward calculations relating to the reduction of hours or days, or potentially the furlough of employees.
- Reporting into the Head of HR and managing a small Reward & Payroll team, you will use your broad compensation & benefits experience to ensure the firm remains compliant with SRA, HMRC regulations and continues to offer a best in class reward service.
- You will be expected to share your knowledge and technical skills in coaching the wider People Team on reward concepts.
This role is ideally suited to experienced Reward Managers who (ideally) have previously worked within professional services/partnership environments and who are comfortable with taking on a short-term contract at pace.
