A great mid-term contract is now available at a leading utilities business for a Senior Reward Analyst. Working closely with the Head of Reward, this contract will help to deliver a job grading and benchmarking project, to harmonise employees following an acquisition. Key duties will be to support the creation of job architecture and job families, creating a new standard job profile list and mapping job profiles to individual employees. Working with the Workday HRIS team to ensure these job profiles and the new job catalogue is built and uploaded into Workday. Collaborating with the wider reward and people team and change network to ensure families are developed collaboratively and fit for purpose across the group, you will also develop salary ranges for all families and career levels, delivering these to agreed timelines and will lead on salary range impact analysis. As a result, the business is looking to meet immediately available reward analysts who have proven expertise in the development of career level, job family and salary range frameworks within a large UK Plc. Additional exposure to Workday would be a distinct advantage. Whilst the business is based in London, this role will offer full remote working for the duration of the contract.
