We are currently partnering with an iconic technology business to hire a Business Partner to support with all Industrial and Employee Relations activities related to the corporate business, people strategy, and change programmes.
The IR Business Partner will be responsible for designing and delivering IR strategy in relation to complex business change projects and programmes and partnering with stakeholders to provide trade union advice and insight. They will partner across the corporate business to provide guidance on ER/IR elements of change activities, lead on complex consultation activities and will develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and Trade Union Officials and Employee Representatives. They will ensure that timely and accurate legislative information is provided and will support HR colleagues and senior leaders to upskill on managing Union relations.
Suitable candidates must have proven Industrial Relations experience and be comfortable working closely with Unions and employee representatives. You much have exceptional negotiation and communication skills and ability to support complex activities. A strong commercial mindset and ability to dive into the detail and provide analytical and consider insight and advice is also key.
