I am currently working with a leading Global Law firm who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their business, supporting the firm's learning and development function.
The successful candidate will join a wider learning and development team based in London, supporting across business services and fee earner populations. You will be working closely with the Head of Learning & Development and support with the firm's Global Learning and Development strategy, understanding the varied needs across the firm and indeed their global development programs. The role will see the successful candidate managing learning projects within the team, working collaboratively across the HR function, monitoring the engagement with and impact of learning on business performance and creating new ways to engage the business.
