This strong brand in the Middle East is going through huge growth in the coming 18 months and as a result are looking to refine and improve their HR people processes and systems. On the agenda, is the development and enhancement of multiple modules on their SAP/Successfactors HRIS.
In this newly created role, you will be entrusted to lead a team of HR analysts and develop the function to be an integral part of the business strategy. You will have oversight of the implementation of new modules for their SAP/Successfactors HRIS for this giant, complex business across the Middle East region.
Longer term, the vision will be for you to create a culture where people analytics are valued and play a part in each and every business decision in the future.
In order to be considered for this exciting new role, you will be a strong HRIS professional, especially when using SAP/Successfactors.
It is also mandatory that you have an SAP SuccessFactors/SAP certification in one or several modules & ITIL 4 Foundation certification or equivalent.
