A fantastic opportunity has arisen at a leading Global Law Firm, based in stunning offices in the heart of the City. This role will provide you with the opportunity to support the HRIS team to continually streamline and improve their current system, PeopleSoft, and support on HRMI reporting and analytics.
On a day-to-day basis you will be carrying out data entry, answering systems queries, carrying out systems configuration & workflow changes and supporting on MI reporting & analytics using Excel and SQL. You will also support the setup and implementation of the annual staff performance appraisal process, as well as supporting the Reward team on compensation & salary surveys.
For this role you will have demonstrable experience in HR Systems, preferably PeopleSoft or Oracle, you will have excellent communication skills, and have supported on systems queries previously. You will have strong Excel skills, and be able to utilise functions such as Pivot Tables, V-Look ups, IF statements and ideally Macros. You will also ideally have experience of SQL and be able to present data clearly. You will ideally have a background in Professional Services, Management Consulting or Law and have worked in an in-house Systems position previously.
