This Saudi organisation is a large complex institution leading the way in its sector in the country. Having gone through major change and investment in the past two decades, the organisation are looking to implement their new HR strategy.
This role will sit within the Human Resources function in Riyadh and report to the VP - HR, while partnering with the various business lines. Your role will be to develop, roll out and embed a new culture change program to align with the new business strategy. Some of the key areas will be across performance, engagement, reward and organisational design. The focus will be on implementing the strategy rather than redesigning it.
This role will be best suited to experienced Human Resources professionals who have worked in large, complex organisations. You will be technically strong across cultural transformation and be an exceptional communicator with people at all levels.
Arabic language skills would be a plus.
