Our client, a highly regarded global consulting organisation, is looking for a HR Transformation Consulting Lead to lead their Healthcare HR Change Consulting Practice. You will partner closely with your Regional and Global Counterparts in the HR Change Community and well as leading global Healthcare clients, to lead and execute innovative HR Transformation Programmes, managing sizeable teams with clear commercial BD targets in place.
Your Consulting team across the region will primarily define and deliver HR Transformation work across Healthcare clients surrounding;
* End-to-end roll out on a global, regional and / or country basis, of digital / AI HR IT & HR cloud tools such SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday, Service Now
* Future Ready Workforce - Design, Automation and Analytics, using data to drive decision making
* Talent Strategy, Employee Experience & Engagement
* Organisation Design & Operating Model Change
* HR Assessment & Process Reviews
You will also be a seasoned SME in the Healthcare HR Transformation sector, sharing key innovative thought leadership, research and methodologies with your clients and consulting community internally.
Ideally, you possess a minimum of 15 - 18 years of HR Transformation and HR experience, largely operating in the Healthcare and / or Consulting sector. The successful applicant should be someone who is highly strategic and business savvy, using their consultative and articulate skill set as well as their knowledge in the Healthcare and HR Transformation sector to drive business development as well as grow, develop and lead teams and deliver excellent results. They welcome individuals who are passionate about innovation, technology, employee experience and digitalization. They are looking for a seasoned HR and/ or consulting practitioner who is able to create value for the business and elevate the Healthcare HR Transformation practice even further.
