A global professional services firm are seeking an HR Systems Manager to join them on a 6 month basis as they move from PeopleSoft to Workday during an exciting period of change for the business. The role will begin in January 2020.
You will take ownership of the business-as-usual running of PeopleSoft, ensuring that HR Operations are not impacted during the implementation of the new system. You will oversee an HR Data Analyst and ensure that regular reports are delivered to stakeholders across the business. You will ensure data integrity and suggest improvements to process efficiency.
Your extensive background in managing PeopleSoft will be a key benefit to the firm, and any experience with Workday would be helpful. Your intermediate to advanced Excel skills will enable you to run reports effectively and you must be comfortable working with large datasets. You will be working with key stakeholders across the business, and will good relationship management skills.
