Are you detail-oriented and process-minded, looking for an entry level IT role? I'm working with a global professional services firm to help them find an HR Systems Assistant. You'll help keep their employee's data up to date, answer user queries and fix system issues. This is a permanent role based in the City.
You will act as first point of contact for all HR Systems issues world-wide, liaising with colleagues in countries all over the world. You'll make sure employee data is up to date and produce regular reports in Excel, enabling the business to make effective decisions. You'll help to roll out system updates and conduct UAT testing as well as troubleshooting issues and advising users.
You must be able to demonstrate an interest in systems and data, either through previous work experience or your studies. Your Excel skills will be heavily relied upon by the business, and you should be comfortable using VLookUps and Pivot Tables. The firm has a fast-paced and high performing culture, and you must be comfortable working under pressure for senior stakeholders.
