We are currently working with an international business with subsidiaries and operations on a global scale.
They are looking to strengthen their Corporate HR team by recruiting a solid HR Generalist to join their EMEA HQ, based in Zurich, and provide generlaist support to the Swiss business and the HRBPs across Europe.
The objective of the role is to act as the sole point of contact and HR expert regarding the personnel administration, payroll, HRIS and other HR generalist activities related to their operations in Switzerland, as well as providing occasional support to their facilities across Europe on local activities and projects.
In fact, reporting directly to the Regional HR BP based in Zurich, you will handle various daily HR related tasks and programs in close cooperation with the HR BPs based in Switzerland. Occasional support will be provided to the local HR teams in Luxembourg, Poland, Turkey, France and Germany/Italy.
You will independently respond to employee questions, general issues and requests and provide administrative support to the HR Function as needed (e.g. correspondence generation, record keeping, file maintenance, HRIS entries, meeting organization, assisting with various projects).
