I am supporting my client with their search for an experienced HR Project Manager who will join the business by reporting to the People Team Director, Business Services. This is an exciting time for the business as they are going through a transformation project that will see the EMEA region merge with South America to create a unique EMESA region.
My client is looking for someone who will be a trusted leader within the EMESA HR projects team-leading projects across the HR lifecycle.
It will be the responsibility of the incumbent to define the project charter, which includes the scope, deliverables, timeframe, risks, operating rhythm, stakeholder map, and key performance indicators whilst evaluating project results using qualitative and quantitative insights.
It is important that you have experience working with and sourcing for experienced hire talent. In this role, you will build strong relationships with senior talent and influence and manage your stakeholders' expectations. Management consultancy experience would be ideal, however, I would be open to speaking to candidates who have wider professional services experience.
Candidates who would do well in this role would be those who are humble, with great attention to detail with a commercial mindset. It is important that you are hard-working and driven with an analytical mind. The team is a fun group of people with a great sense of humor and they are looking for someone who doesn't take themselves too seriously.
