This leading international firm based in the West End is looking for a HR Operations Manager to join its growing HR team. As the firm grow and expand further within the UK and into Europe the business have identified a need to create a more robust HR Operations function. As a result they have created a brand new role for a HR Operations Manager to help develop and build a seamless and commercial HR Operations function with the support of two other HR members.
This role will ensure the effective and timely delivery of all people administration, operational and transactional processes against clearly defined policies and SLA's. In a hands on role you will not only support overall delivery of the HR Operational service but manage two other members of the team with their individual growth and development.
Working across some key areas including HR Administration, Policy and Governance, HR Database and reporting this is a varied and diverse role which will see you reporting into the Head of Business Partnering.
The firm is looking to meet with candidates from a professional services background who are already operating at Manager level within a HR Operations role. You will possess people management experience and have a clear career path within the HR Operational space. The successful candidate will have evidence of developing and implementing successful process, systems and policy improvements along with the ability to produce insightful MI reporting in order to influence decision making for the business.
