We're partnered on an extrmely exciting opportunity for a HR Operations & Projects Manager. The role is based in San Jose, CA with heavy hybrid option (with a requirement to come into the office only 2 days per week post covid restrictions being lifted) at a thriving, established, and very high caliber global technology firm which develops IT security services worldwide and is comprised of several hundred employees across the US and EMEA.

Our client, known for its great culture and exceptional people, is seeking an HR Projects and Operations business Partner to support their growing global HR platform and align HR operations across domestic and international offices. The ideal hire will have roots as an HR business partner yet possess strong technical compentencies around systems and projects - they will be a solutions and execution-oriented individual skilled at operating in the grey space and creatively fostering efficienceis to support HR infrastucture to enhance a collaborative, transparent and strategic HR function in the team and company through thoughtful management of HR systems and software.

In order to be successful, you'll be exceptional at assuring data integrity, and analyzing trends and messaging them back to the business. Serving as a key partner to HR leadership on Compensation and Total Rewards strategy, you'll help drive implementation and execution. A big picture thinker and partner that authentically fosters meaningful and fruitful relationships within the functionally aligned global partner groups will excel here, with unlimited opportunity for professional development in a great brand.

Well suited candidates will possess 7 or more years exp. in HR in fast-paced environments with the ability to execute independently with a collaboratively, solid working experience working and very hands in compensation and data analysis. Project management · Previous HRIS management, ATS or other HR platforms, Strong Office 360 skills · Proficient in Excel and sharp critical thinking and problem-solving skills with existing ability to drive improvements and continuously simplify workflows · Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
