An international professional services firm are searching for an experienced HR Manager to manage a population split between London and Ireland. Joining a well-established and well-structured EMEA team, you will be offered the opportunity to handle a varied workload as well as have the chance to work on a range of projects.
As HR Manager, you will be reporting into the HR Director based in London who is an excellent people manager, is able to translate firm strategy to ensure consistency with HR initiatives and actively pushes for inclusivity.
You will be accountable for all HR aspects across both offices (your personal population will be around 60 staff) including: training, recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relationhs and HR strategy.
Due to the fact that your population will be based in both London and Ireland, my client will only be progressing with HR Manager candidates who have experience of HR and employment law in both England and Ireland. A background in professional services is preferred, although other sectors will be considered.
There will be regular travel to Ireland.
