I am working with a dynamic youth development charity to recruit a HR Manager on a part time basis. Working in a fun and supportive environment you will be working with line managers and employees to fully run the HR function alongside a HR Administrator.
The role would suit a Senior HR advisor or HR manager looking for the opportunity to invest in an organisation that gives back to the community and supports the development of young people through challenging activities. Based in their organisation this will be a hands on approach supporting the CEO and employees as a role model for best practise within HR operations, also a real opportunity to use your experience and expertise to develop a real HR presence that will benefit the charity as a whole.
As HR Manager you will have experience implementing and updating policy and procedure, performance management systems and develop new L&D plans for line managers. You will have a positive and approachable demeanour but the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders to gain their confidence and support the organisation with its goals and objectives. You will strive to foster an open, supportive and efficient workplace in a professional manner.
Part Time HR Manager £35k - £38k full time equivalent
