An HR Manager opportunity has become available with a well-known IT & Services company which is based in Hong Kong. This is a dual role where the candidate will be taking a lead in C&B strategies and operations; meanwhile serving as an HR Business Partner of a specific business unit to support their business expansion.
About the role
Reported into HR Director, the role sits at group level supporting around 200 staffs directly and more than thousands staffs across the business. You will be the lead in designing C&B programs and framework; and taking a key part in annual C&B reviews including budgeting and performance bonus. As a lead of a small C&B operations team, you will be responsible for reviewing and improving HR policies, analysing staff costs and data; as well as payroll approval and other benefits administration tasks. The candidate will also act as an HR Business Partner for a specific business unit as part of the role.
What we are looking for
The role would suit somebody that has ideally worked within IT services or other related sector with at least 10 years of experience in HR and a focus in Compensation & Benefits You should have good knowledge of employment legislation and should have experience with process improvement, as well as very strong knowledge of HR technology, including reporting. Candidates that also have additional generalist experience within the areas Talent Development and Employee Relations would be preferred. The role is open to Cantonese speakers based in Hong Kong.
