~125-150k base plus bonus
Our client is a prestigious and nearly century old financial institution that is seeking an HR Manager to run day-to-day HR across its entities, for a combined fulltime and contractor population of about 100. The role will support a number of independently run advisory groups and as such, will support varying needs and senior leadership across these groups, providing unique diversity to the role. It will encompass full employee life cycle matters, including compliance and employment law, employee relations, performance processes, on and off-boarding, recruiting as necessary (minimal) and generally serving as an advisor to leadership and the COO, to whom is reports.
The firm is seeking HR experience out of financial services environments, but otherwise could consider a strong generalist background or someone more specialized in HR who is seeking a broader role. Strong communications and relationship building skills will be critical to success in this polished, high caliber environment.
This opportunity will offer stability for an HR professional who is comfortable operating as the sole HR lead within a long-standing firm.
