My client a sustainability consultancy are looking to hire a HR Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract. In this role you will be supporting around 300 staff globally and will be working in a small team to help establish and formalise the HR function. You will take the lead on managing the groups UK international operations focusing on onboarding, remunerations, benefits, employee relations and policy reviews.
Key project will include:
- Implementing a new HR system and understanding the payroll elements
- Creating international handbooks, policies & procedures
- Streamlining reporting and standardising operating procedures
To carry out this role you will ideally have international experience and be able to operate effectively across a range of HR disciplines . You will be a confident HRIS systems user and will ideally have experience implementing a HRIS system. You must have sound knowledge of UK employment law and be able to interpret international law. You will experience administering remuneration and reward and manging outsourced payroll/benefits providers.
