Am working with a leading international law firm who are looking for a HR Manager to support their Partner population.

As part of a wider Partner HR group this team support the firms Partner population end to end across all matters. Working at senior level this is a really broad and varied role covering a number of different areas across the HR generalist spectrum.

Some key areas include:

Ensuring a consistent approach to the HR life-cycle of partners from joining/promotion through to retirement, and driving forward their continued development during their time with the Firm.

Working with the Talent Partner Manager and Local HR managers, COOs, Heads of Country and International Heads of Practice and Sector Groups to identify future leaders and manage the internal pipeline.

Coaching and mentoring the group and working with the Partner Talent Manager and the L&D team to address gaps and put in place support where necessary.

Working with the Head of Partner HR to continuously improve the performance management cycle of partners and help partners succeed both as professionals and as leaders of the firm.

Supporting Heads of Country on complex ER issues.

Partner Reward: working with the Head of Partner HR to oversee the annual partner reward processes.

The business is looking for solid HR generalists who have already supported partner populations and operating at a senior level. You will be able to demonstrate strong commercial awareness and financial acumen along with the ability to build solid senior stakeholder relationships.

You will posses strong interpersonal skills and an ability to develop and maintain professional relationships across the firm but particularly with the most senior partners and directors across various operational departments.

You will be able to navigate the dynamics of a partnership structure, as well as an appreciation of different national and/or cultural perspectives.

Also able to informally lead others and work in a matrixed organisation.
