They are seeking an emerging HR manager with the full scope of generalist competencies (particularly ER, performance management, HR projects and recruitment), to manage a team of two resources (a recruiter and HR coordinator). To be successful in this role, candidates will offer 6++ or more years of generalist HR experience gained in smaller HR settings, ideally financial, legal, or professional services. With strong work ethic and executive presence, this HR expert will partner with executives globally and locally, under the direction of a CHRO based in New York. - 6-8 years of progressive HR experience including managing people for a minimum of 2 years
- Experience delivering on aggressive hiring targets (either directly or indirectly) preferred, as well as some recruiting or sourcing experience
- Experience working with sales teams preferred
- Bachelor degree required
