We are partnering exclusively with a global investments organisation on an exciting HR Generalist position, with a large focus on Compensation & Benefits. Reporting to the HR Manager, this person will take the lead on all Reward related matters, also operating in a generalist capacity. From a Rewards perspective, the role with focus on partnering with external Consultants on compensation structures, vendor management, reviewing medical benefits, managing leave / claims / benefits administration as well as providing payroll information to external vendors for payroll processing. On top of that, you will also support the team as a Generalist, supporting recruitment, manpower planning, managing HRIS inquiries as well as HR operations support e.g. updating P-files, organizational charts etc.
You will partner with senior leaders to ensure the company remains competitive and advise them on all C&B/HR related matters. A fantastic role for a C&B Specialist to expand your skills set as a Generalist, or a Generalist who has experience in leading C&B, looking to join a fast-paced and collaborative organisation to develop their career further.
